A little hot, but a nice wind helped to keep things cool. My sister ran the last 4 with me which really helped to motivate me to finish. She ran right in front of me so that I could pace.

Unfortunately last week I had severe viral pink eye. It really limited me as it pretty much blinded me for 5 days. I had horrible vision where I normally have 20/15 in both eyes I was getting 20/50. I basically could only read the top two lines on a vision test. That is only 3 letters. Not good. Running made it worse with sweat in my eyes and rubbing the sweat from my face with my shirt. My throat and ears started hurting so I took the week off to get better. I did not run as much this week either, but I was very sore coming back from that time off. I will just keep fighting.
